At the beginning screening call, The Next online technical test is OK, Then the technical interview. Finally, if all is OK, an RM meeting to describe the offer details (negotiation step) The final offer includes details.

Entretien
The first approach was by LinkedIn, then I was interviewed by Talent Acquisition. Continued with technical interview after 3 days, it last 90 minutes (very long one). Next day I got an interview with the Manager and the same day I offer letter. It took one week to complete the process.
