The interviews were held in a stress-free friendly atmosphere. It took 3 interviews (HR, manager, manager and top manager) to be shortlisted and several additional calls to get an offer.

Would not want to work for this company. The process was disorganized and the interview felt very impersonal and answers to my researched questions were incredibly vague. I have a master's degree and 15 years of experience with high-level management and this felt entry-level. They explained it would be a five interview process including a project. For a non-executive that is basically free consulting. No thank you. Seems like an internal communications issue.
