After a very good webinar, I received a test. It was't really clear, if I need knowledge in programming, but the test is about preparing codes. So don't do it as a fresh carrier changer, study first.

1. online Java test.
2. HR interview with simple questions.
3. Tech interview, java questions, basic programming questions, real time programming, front of the interviewers, etc...
4. Speak with the manager.
