Interview process was stretched, it consisted in total of 4 interviews - Interview with HR - "Technical" online interview - Local technical interview - Was awaiting for another interview with actual client Rating negative firstly because whole process took way to long. After third interview i've been contacted and told that they want to hire me as an employee, but the project that they want to assign to me is not ready yet, and i will have to wait for a month. One month became two, and essentially they told me that they are not interested anymore.
