My experience was positive to start, recruiter was engaging and supportive, I then moved onto the next stage of a panel interview with two super nice individuals. It turned sour for me when I was ghosted by the recruiter, even though I was promised feedback, regardless of moving forward or not. I'm providing this feedback because this was not the first time I was ghosted by a recruiter at EOS. I was previously contacted by a recruiter, asked to schedule time for a chat, which I did, only to be later ignored. Recruitment team have little or no regard for candidate experience, which gives me a strong signal they don't care a huge amount for people.

I had a fantastic experience with the EOS interview process. From start to finish, everything was seamless, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. He ensured I was well-prepared at every stage and provided valuable insights along the way.
