There were a couple phone screens, followed by a trip to their corporate headquarters. The place was nice, and everyone seemed friendly and outgoing. It apparent that their culture values work/life balance and not getting burnt out. The interview went well - I spoke with various directors and VPs, all in a one-on-one setting. Everyone seemed intelligent and driven. They really want to make sure their people are their number one asset. Overall, I got a very good vibe. I unfortunately received another offer before EN could put one together; it was simply something I couldn't turn down. Although this happened a month after my interview, I feel like my case was a bit of an anomaly - I was referred by an employee and they were trying to approve a remote location outside of their existing footprint. I did get the impression that HR is a bit overworked. Still, this is clearly a company you want to work for. 10/10, would interview with again.
