Applied online, followed up and then got a call for an interview. Interviewed with three people, management as well as the recruiter, was asked questions about my role specifically- what drew me to the company, why safety, review of my resume etc. Not a challenging interview if you are prepared and are about to dive into a job/career path that you are passionate about.
