Entretien
I applied through LinkedIn and I got a call the next day after my application. The first interview was arranged quickly, and the recruiter introduced the company and the working model very well. Then, I share my technical background and we discuss my expectations to work abroad. It was like having a daily conversation. Then, the technical interview was arranged very quickly, 2 days after the first interview. The business manager also introduced the company from a technical point of view. Then, he asked me about my companies and projects, he cares about every detail about my experience, and we discussed how I can fit the company, and talked about possible roles ENTER may offer . After that, a coding test came up, and after the result, there was one more interview before the contract offer. Whole process took 12 days from the first call to the contract offer. The recruiter was always helpful throughout the process, I could call or text her whenever I needed to.
