Owner came into the interview 10 minutes late wearing sandals and workout clothes. His two principals I could tell were scared to cross him and didn't say anything while he was in the interview. The owner's presence lasted roughly 10 minutes, which he spent most of talking about himself and the former interviewees with similar resumes who didn't pan out. I felt like he was berating my resume and didn't believe anything that I had written down. His other two principals asked mundane basic level engineering questions. There was no follow up email, phone call or anything else after the interview. I took another position somewhere else.
