Applied through a recruiter. Was interviewed on phone and then interviewed in person in Dubai at ther head office. The interviewers were very friendly and asked very good questions which covered my previous achievements, my salary and benefits and what I aimed to achieve in my new job. Overall a very relaxing and comprehensive interview.

The format is a panel interview with 3 interviewees, there is one online interview and one in person interview. Two or three soft skill questions and one or two technical questions.
