I sat down first with The HR manager and we went over some of the background of the job, and where the company is currently at in its growth process. This was a very nice precursor for the next step of the iNterview in which I sat down with the the Engineering Manager, The production Lead, and a fellow Process technician. After going over my back ground and discussing some of the roles and responsibilities of the job, we did a tour plant and ended on a hand shake. was a solid experience all the way around.
