It was a bizarre interview. Got contact for 1st round which was face to face. Was asked weird questions. Will waste your time to go on-site for interview even if skills or experience don't overlap.

Where do you live/stay? They prefer stay in North.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez EMZ Derma Lab en sept. 2022

      Entretien

I went for a 1st round interview which is face to face at the company. The building which the company is located is similar to a multi-storey carpark, with various companies lining alongside both sides of one end of the carpark and you would see vehicles driving up and down the other end to reach the other levels of the building. Took me a bit of effort to locate the company as I didn't expect the company to be located at one end of a carpark. Prior to the interview, a personality quiz was being given to me. Just as I thought that the interview would be a good chance for me to get to know more about the role and the company, throughout the interview, the interviewer was unprofessional and did not seems interested to know more about me, my career aspirations and why I wanted to apply to a job in this company. Note that the salary that they are posting in job advertisement for chemist is within my range ($3k to $5.5k as stated in mycareersfuture website) but the interviewer felt that my current salary that I am getting (~$4k) is too high and wanted to lowball me to a ridiculous level (~$2k) and uses all sorts of reasons to justify how great a foreign worker is, compared to a Singaporean. From her accent, I think that the interviewer isn't local. What turned me off is that she mentioned that Singaporeans are lazy and only wanted to take tea breaks and coast through the job. When I told her that I am willing to learn on the job and absorb as much as I can, she told me off and didn't felt that I deserve a chance to learn on the job because I would be wasting the company's effort and money. Spent about half an hour in this interview, most of the time is listening to the interviewer talking about her experiences working with foreigners and how great they are, they can earn low pay and work for long hours and they don't expect much in return. It is a very bizarre, terrible interview for me. I would strongly recommend people to stay away from this company unless you want to work for long hours and for low pay, and consistently being looked down upon.
