I received a phone call (it happened in 2 months after I applied) and was asked some questions (what's your experience in the RF area and so on). It took about 10 min. They phoned again in 2 weeks (right after I sent them follow-up email) and offered an interview with hiring manager. The interview lasted 1 hr and included test of 10 questions (on electronics) and general personal questions and questions on work experience. Job was offered in 3 weeks after.
