The interview for EIPOD positions is pretty extensive. It was scheduled over 2 days comprising of a 10-minute presentation, panel interview, visiting prospective laboratory and meeting the lab members.

Have you discussed the project with both your supervising laboratory heads, considering one of them will be leaving EMBL over the next 1-2 years- that is mid way of your fellowship here?
