Received an interview shortly after I submitted my resume. Was informed that I would hear back in a few more days to see if I would get a second interview or not.
Sent application via Indeed, HR responded pretty quickly in about 2 - 3 days time with request for online interview that led to in person interview afterwards. Responds fairly quickly after the initial application

Entretien
In person interview basic questions.
Second interview was a practical test, seeing how familiar you are with chemical abbreviations basic unit conversion formulas.
You will do a lot of conversions in this role.

They ask basic interview questions: Questions on your resume? How do you handle pressure/deadlines?
Then the practical test is on the periodic table abbreviations, Conversion of units, and a word problem.
