The end-to-end process was very pleasant. I was contacted by phone after submitting my application. There was a brief introduction with the HR representative, followed by information about the interview with my potential new supervisor. I was informed that I didn't need to prepare anything significant. A few days later, the interview took place, which I also found very pleasant. After introducing my personal and professional background, the company and department were presented. Then, I had the opportunity to ask business-related questions about my role and the team. After the interview, I was told that I would be contacted by the HR department in the next few days, which happened within approximately 2-3 working days. They also gave me some time to consider, which I appreciated. Shortly thereafter, the contract was prepared, and I was able to sign it electronically using Scrible.

After the interview with HR asking about the work experience and skills, a technical interview followed with the team head and the head of the business line asking about specific project experiences.
