Very personal feel to the interview process. I felt less like a resume and more like a person. They asked me about my goals in life and what I was passionate about, what major life experiences I've had and how they changed me, what I liked and disliked about other financial firms I've worked at, personal preferences, and why I wanted to work at this company. The second interview was a series of very strange questions which I had to answer as fast as I could (the first thing that pops into my head) which included questions that simply didn't have any "correct" answers, and then some puzzle questions, logic questions, and common sense questions. I was given conditional employment for 3 months and then hired after my results met their expectations.
