The interview with the Hardware team at EGYM was very refreshing. The interviews did not feel like one, instead it was very relaxed and friendly - more of what one would call a conversation. I was super surprised to see that my 1st interview was held on the same side of the table. The process was clearly defined and the following rounds were a mix of on-site and Online interviews, which were also highlighted the fact that a people fit is more important and the company lives by its principles.
