First round was the HR round and it went very well. The position was based out of San Diego. So I asked for $70k and there estimated was $60k. HR told she will talk to Hiring Manager and get back to me the next day as $70k was pretty decent ask. Almost 10 days and after multiple follow ups no reply from HR Wendy Lague. Extremely irresponsible. Reply me even if its a reject. You might in the same position in the future.
