It was a basic chat when the old boss was there. I got there and he started speaking like a friend. Literally forgot that it was an interview till he said time is up.
In-person interview after emailing resume. Sat in a lobby with others to interview, which wasn't too stressful all things considered. The interview is pretty easy if you have any EFL experience.
30 minutes phone call screening then in person interview with a panel. Friendly and encouraging interviewers. Overall the process took about 2 weeks from when I applied to when I had my final interview

So easy it was more like a sales pitch. Be prepared to talk about experience with children. It was over zoom, so have good internet.
