Applied online and then scheduled a 15-minute phone screen. The phone screen was very basic and mostly was to talk about the role and then see if I had any questions about it. They said they would get back to me about the next steps within a week. I still have not heard back from them and it has been over two months. I have never not been advanced to an in-person round following a phone screen so this was particularly surprising to me. I would have apprecaited at least an email letting me know I wasn't selected, but instead they ghosted which i found very unprofessional.

I received an email requesting a phone interview. I then selected three times in which I would be available. I automatically received my phone interview time via email. During the interview, I was asked professional questions as well as questions regarding my interests.

Resume and cover letter were reviewed by HR and a phone interview was scheduled. Basic phone interview going over resume & qualifications. Discussed the role and how experiences would be useful and beneficial to the company.

Entretien
The interview process was very smooth and easy. I had an initial phone screening, then about a week later, an interview with one employee that lasted about 30 minutes. The final interview was 2.5 hours long that comprised of speaking with two different employees and then doing a 30 minute mock sales exercise. Everyone was very nice and helpful!
