I applied online and got an email the next day to schedule a screening call with their recruiter in Toronto. She asked pretty standard interview questions about me and the role, and the next day I was told I was moving on to the next round of in-person interviews. I did two interviews with different sets of people in their office and one final interview with a more senior manager at their Toronto office. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I felt good about the interviews but then received an automated message that I didn't get the position. I was disappointed that after four sets of interviews that the email wasn't personal, and that when I reached out for feedback I never got a response.

There was a screening call and then I had the really interview. The people I interviewed with were kind and friendly. Overall the interview process was smooth and I did not have to wait long for a responses.

The interview process included a phone screen with HR and then virtual interview loop where I talked with 3 people, two sales managers and one sales trainer. The managers asked traditional questions and the portion with the trainer was a mock sales call.
