I applied online with an application and cover letter. They responded a few days later with an online platform to schedule a phone interview. The interview was short, curt, and fast. The interviewer was efficient and did not make any small talk. You got the feeling that they got a lot of applications and had to get through a lot of people.

Il colloquio si é svolto in maniera standardizzata con un interview registrata. Alcune domande erano in inglese altre in tedesco e per ogni domanda avevi un numero di secondi per rispondere. Il tutto senza la presenza di nessun HR. Tutto é stato registrato in modo robotico.

Very thorough interview process with a dynamic team of all different personalities. I really enjoyed all the fun and creative questions asked by each member. The questions really helped you connect with the team and show your true values and character.
