Hiring manager emailed me after my application and he talked with me for 30 min . After few days he emailed me for in-house but then again he immediately emailed me saying that he would like me to talk with his co-worker. That another guy talked with me for 30 min and asked me some SQL question. They both were impressed with me and I was scheduled for in-house . I talked with 5 people. 1 hour again with hiring manager and 30 min each with others, One guy asked a lot of sql question and was able to answer them all. But still ended up not getting offer.
