After applying throught the EF platform, I received an invitation to an interview that took place on Zoom, and lasted about 45 minutes. I had the chance to talk with 2 team members.

~30 min phone interview, pretty casual. Then went for in-person interview on site, consisting of 6 different 1:1 meetings with people of a range of seniorities from Activities Manager to regional Academic Director.
