Very quick and pleasant interview process! Phone interview followed by in-person interview with the team, job offer came a few days later. I appreciated being scheduled to meet with the whole team in one day rather than having to come in twice. HR recruiter super friendly and responsive. If you're interviewing for a mid or senior level role, don't be scared off by all the folks on Glassdoor talking about group interviews. I believe that's what they do for the entry level tour coordinator positions but my experience was totally different.

Equal mix of skill/experience-based questions, behavioral questions (tell me about a time when...) and general culture fit chat.

I applied for a Product Manager position at EF Education First. It took around four months after my application to be contacted for the first interview. The scheduling was straightforward, but after the initial phone call, communication was poor. I didn’t receive any updates, and when I followed up, I was told that the company had already decided to move forward with other candidates.
The long response time and lack of transparent communication left a negative impression. The process felt disorganized and unprofessional, and I would have appreciated clearer updates and more accountability from the recruitment team.

Thorough three stage process which allowed for a lot of questioning of the company too. Overall satisfied with the process and I felt comfortable starting in my role afterwards as it accurately prepared my expectations for what was involved in the role.
Long process, especially if you already have more than 5 years of experience. I know that it was a very important role, but I mean, come on, you can really do better than that...
