HR called on a Sunday to arrange for interview. 1st round was with CEO and his deputy. Quite a long interview round and ended with an 500 words assignment, to be handed in in 45 minutes.
Second round interview was in person and with a HR lady and the CEO himself. Just felt like I was being talked at for the whole period and he even excused himself for 15 minutes during the interview.
Totally lost interest in them after this experience.

Very old fashioned with the CEO sitting in. Had to do a post interview task and wrote a few paragraphs about what I would do to improve the operations side.
