Applied online and got asked to attend a group interview in London in February. Very nice people but unfortunately failed the grammar test. It was very difficult and had some odd questions on it so didn't get to continue the interview. So if you apply, I would brush up on your grammar beforehand as it was a bit difficult.

Entretien
Full day, presentation, grammar test, mock teaching lesson and interview. Make sure you engage with the interview team from the very start as you are being evaluated constantly. After the interviewers have introduced themselves and the company, you will need to introduce a partner, including five things you have in common. Each time you present you are timed, so make sure you have enough to say without waffling! You will also be given a workplace scenario to answer with a partner, each of you will have one minute to answer the questions. Be interested and engaged the whole time, take notes, ask questions. Unfortunately you have to go to lunch and then come back after the grammar test to find out if you have been cut. You will get feedback and a critique if you make it to the teaching demo. In the interview I was asked if I thought the critique was fair. Still waiting to hear if I was successful.

Entretien
An all-day process. We spent the morning listening to a presentation on the company, followed by a grammar test, teaching demo and individual interview. If you fail the grammar test you don't continue, so study up on grammar rules if you are worried. The teaching demo was ok, they explained what they wanted you to do beforehand.
