Short and efficient. Went three separate calls, from the HR team, to the Regional Manager to the National Manager. Honest and thoughtful questions were asked and they inquired about future goals and discussed company possibilities.

Tell me about yourself. How do you handle stress? How do you organize multiple projects?
Interview was conducted over the phone and was a breeze. They reviewed my resume thoroughly, asked for referenced, and discussed the role and how I would make a contribution to the team. About three weeks later, I was offered the position.

Straight forward. Two interviews. Evidence of previous project experience required. Did not give me a hard time. Benefits were clearly explained and all questions answered. Spoke to HR and then to area manager.
