I got the interview by a employee referral and took the interview in about 1 week. They are very efficient at scheduling interviews. If you are referred, it is not hard to just get the first phone interview from the HR.I failed the phoen intervier and didn't get the offer probably because I am not senior enough.
The first round of interview will be just an regular CV go-through and reasons you want to apply for this positions
