Entretien
First got a phone screening. Then moved to a video interview with a senior developer. Basic questions regarding your resume and skill set. 2 very basic coding questions. Was told I was moving on to the final round and emailed them my availability. No response since. No interview time, nothing. Emailed back but was ghosted. Why tell someone they're moving forward and then not say anything. Best I can guess is the position filled up before they could set up my interview.

How would you test a method in the following scenario.
1. Aptitude test
2. 30min interview with senior manger
3. Three rounds of interview with panel for 3 hours. First 2 rounds about coding and last round is about behavioural round

How well one fit into the team not only technical but communication also important
Interview process went smoothly. There were three interviews in total, two of which were technical. The first is a behavioral interview, and if you pass, you get to the second round where you go through two technical interviews.

(Based on your resume content) Explain this to me in more detail
Made it through the first round - which was primarily with an HR rep - only to be informed via email a few days later that the position had been filled. Not sure if that was their polite way of saying they were not interested, but I would have preferred a straightforward answer if that was the case.
