The interview process was professional and organized. I submitted my resume and was sent a cognitive ability exam. After I completed that I contacted the following week to schedule a phone interview. After my phone interview, I was invited for an interview at the EAB office. The in-office interview consisted of two 30-minute behavioral interviews.

I received a phone screen and virtual interview within 1 week of submitting an application. I heard nothing back for 3 weeks besides a few vague emails from the company asking me about my "timeline," with no actual updates. I then received an automated rejection email over 3 weeks after my interview.

20 minute phone interview with the HR person. pretty straight forward and simple. was asked to take a personality and cognitive assessment too. The next round is a 1.5 hour video interview with the team members and director.
