First round was a phone screen, then a personality and cognitive assessment, and then a video chat of about 1.5 hours. Ended up getting rejected. Ok process, kind of slow response after the phone interview.

Phone interview, asked to go through my resume, strengths, failures. Interviewer was very nice and although I was not offered the job for the position I applied for, she encouraged me to apply for other, better suited positions closer to my graduation date.
