Applied on line and then received an email to schedule a phone screen with HR. Received request to reschedule a few hours prior to interview and agreed to a time the next day. Time arrives and I wait...wait...wait and no phone call. Never received an apology, email explaining why, no phone call or anything. Just silence. How can a company so poorly treat candidates and expect to hire good people. Just poorly organized and unprofessional.
