A thirty-minute interview with the Head of Product.
The interviewer gave a fairly lengthy description of E.on Next, the product, and what the role would entail. He asked me a handful of questions and gave me a few minutes for questions of my own.

Entretien
1st interview with working level staff was okay. Good conversation with meaningful questions. 2nd interview with 2 dept heads was weird. I had never getting into such personal questions like ‘why didn’t you get a role related to your bachelor’s major?’ / ‘How did you get this role previously?’ That’s NOT relevant to any hiring process at all I believe. If you have no interest to know about a particular candidate hans on experience, please don’t waste everyone’s time to schedule interviews. Everyone have their own time cost.
