It was a video interview first - no interviewer present. Had to film yourself answering questions in a given set of time. There were a total of about 7 to 8 questions and a lot of the questions were scenario-based. There weren't particularly hard but I would think you would have to be able to explain yourself quite well. Answers had to be succint.
