Quick and Painless, but they do reassure you of every detail of the position. Although I was hired on the spot, the interview was informative. Nothing is sacred, but this interview was just the beginning
They called me, and it was a very seamless interview, and very shortly after, I got an email that gave me the process on how to continue to make calls and money

Called me within 3 days and emailed me paperwork to fill out. Asked about direct deposit after the training. He asked me if I have access to a computer, internet, and a mic. He also asked the speed of my WiFi.
