Entretien
First there was a phone call to discuss my current role, and bring up the salary expectations.
The technical interview was held on zoom with 2 of the companies employers. The technical questions had revolved around:
1. A brief history about the company.
2. The benefits that the company offers.
3. A briefing about my current role in my current company.
4. Technical questions.
The first part of the interview was held in English - as this role requires regular communication with Teams in the USA. Was required to tell about my current role / company in English.
As the second part became more technical - we switched back to Hebrew.
I got the rejection response 3 days after the technical interview. I had politely asked for a general feedback (given that the interviewer doesn't own me anything) but she (as expected) didn't answer.
