Interview process took a couple days from the time I submitted my resume on Monster. I was contacted the next day, and interviewed the following day. I went to the interview wearing a full suit, while the 2 or 3 other candidates were dressed down wearing tennis shoes. The interview was short, about 10 minutes of discussing sports, Kevin Durant and the Golden State Warriors. Went on the "second interview" where I was bought a slice of pizza and spoke with a manager about my qualities with another candidate. I was invited back for my third interview in the same day after eating. Was offered the job.

Do you like sports?
Good afternoon!
We're very glad to hear you had a good interviewing experience and clearly got along well with the hiring manager whom you spoke with. (Go Thunder, haha). Congratulations on the offer and for accepting! Welcome to the family!
Sincerely,

I was scheduled for a 9:00 AM interview but was not seen until about 9:25. The actual interview itself only took about 5-10 minutes. I was given basic info about the company and asked a few brief questions, including some that seemed to have no relevance to the job (i.e. what do you like to do in your spare time?) I was told that the company would like to have me back for a second interview later that day. After leaving, however, they called me back and said they needed to reschedule. I heard nothing from them for several days. When I called them back to ask about rescheduling, they admitted that the position had already been filled. They claimed I had been informed of this via email, but upon further inquiry, I figured out that they had spelled my email address incorrectly even though it was clearly displayed on my resume. The receptionist I spoke to had a poor phone connection and loud music playing in the background the whole time. The latter was also the case when I had the initial interview. The whole process came off as disorganized and unprofessional.
