In depth interview with 1 HR Person and the chief QA Inspector. Initial phone interview then an on site interview in Bridgewater. The company pays for lodging for 1 day in Virginia.

I was asked in detail about what forms and records and research documents i was used to using, FAA regulations about what I would be doing were covered along with general questions about my experiences and ability.
