This was one of the most organized interviews I had ever been on. It was during Covid so it was all virtual (video and over the phone). Timely and they moved fast with scheduling. But once the interviews were complete, I heard nothing back from them. After a few calls and emails to the hiring team I gave up. In a world of chaos caused by Covid this has birthed ghosting. It was the oddest and upsetting response I had ever received. Crickets. Very disappointing. My only advice would be - communicate if someone is not the right fit or did not get the position. Just extremely disappointing.
