I’m extremely disappointed with the interview process at this company. After five rounds of interviews, investing considerable time and effort, I was informed they chose to go with an internal candidate. It’s frustrating to see the lack of transparency and consideration for external candidates when they already had someone in mind. This process felt like a waste of time, and I expected better communication and respect for the candidates’ efforts.
