Very prompt in responding to application - but they came back on a Sunday to re-arrange a previously accepted video call meet. (red flag!) Arranged for a video call on a day the following week. Started the call friendly but after asking for my age and got the answer, the interviewer's demeanour changed and didn't seem anymore interested in considering me as a candidate. It was that obvious! The rest of the call was just me asking about the company, what the business did, how big the team was etc.
