First a phone screen with a lady out of Lafayette La. It was successful so then a face-to-face interview with immediate manager which was also successful. Then I was invited back for face-to-face with the immediate manager and his manager, the area Ops Mgr. That interview seemed to go really well, too. I was told since I was the only candidate out of 4 who had made it through to the area mgr level, there would be a 3rd face-to-face with an even higher manager in 2 weeks (after his vacation). So to make sure there would be no scheduling conflicts, I emailed the area mgr with my situation at my (then) current job. 2 days later I get a rejection email from La that reads in part "While your skills are certainly impressive, we have decided to pursue other candidates for the position."

Interview process was very smooth, but very long. Time from Application to hire was almost two months. Interview was with several members of the management team. Two separate interviews in two different locations. Laid back atmosphere.
