Entretien
Met with the CEO for a 1 on 1 interview. He asked about my previous sales experience, how I increased sales at my old jobs and how I could increase my territory sales for Duplication Factory. I was offered the job on the spot.
The interview was held in the conference room and we reviewed my resume. Since my previous job was with the companies main competitor and my sales increased by 50% in the first 9 months the CEO was ready to hire me right there because I had a list of clients I could call right away because I did not have a non-compete.
