Got a call from Duo in summer 2017, sounded like there was a position opening up in design here locally. Was on and off hearing back from them with positions for about a year. Got an in person interview setup after that: 1 afternoon, 4 hours, interviewed with 4 different roles. The interview afternoon itself was extremely professional, welcoming, super friendly, great questions, great information and transparency about the company. My only frustration, if any, was just the year of back and forth on next steps - which in Duo's defense, this seems to be the new normal for this industry.
