I was reached out to via LinkedIn by a recruiter that I believe was out of Austin, TX. However, I was interviewing for a position in Ann Arbor, MI. She was 45-minutes late for my interview.

Question 1
I was asked about my current day-to-day work schedule. She very specifically asked about my compensation (in detail) and other companies I was interviewing with. For a first conversation, it was a bit much.
Thank you for sharing information about your candidate experience. I apologize that this experience didn't live up to either of our expectations, and I will work hard to ensure this doesn't happen again with my team.

Entretien
Straightforward process with multiple steps. Started with a screening phone call followed by a call with the hiring manager. Next step was a sales exercise before finally being brought in to interview f2f.
