Very easy. Short 15 minute. Background check and asked previous work experience. Very kind and smooth. Options on what position I wanted to train in. The company gives ypou a lot of wiggle room.
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.
