As someone who was recruited to apply for the role of Content Analyst for Dunkin, I was initially excited about the opportunity. I received positive feedback on my application and was selected to interview with the digital team. However, my experience took a disappointing turn when the interviewers failed to show up for the initial interview. I waited patiently for 20 minutes before receiving a last-minute notification that they wouldn't be able to make it. Despite their assurances, I was left feeling disheartened. The interview was rescheduled for the following week, and while it seemed to go well, I was ultimately ghosted and never heard back from them. As a candidate, I value professionalism and communication throughout the hiring process, and unfortunately, my experience with Dunkin fell short in these regards.
