If I were to describe the interview process it would be short. The person who was supposed to interview me wasn't even there at the scheduled time. I had to wait 10 minutes for him to show up. Then he only asked like two questions.

Very quick one-time interview, onboarding process with standardized in-person training and online training as well as training to be provided on the job. Spoke with the manager in person for about half an hour and covered standard questions about my skills and availability. Kind of hectic during the afternoon shift but fine otherwise.

Interview was laid back and comfortable. Easy to speak to manager and position laid out clearly. Pay and benefits discussed also during interview. Short but informational interview process. Store walk through, station explanation, metrics to meet all laid out clearly.
